3. Binder Points (BP)
- You earn BP through verified gameplay achievements, daily challenges and competition placements. Daily gameplay BP is capped.
- BP can't be bought with money or cryptocurrency, can't be transferred, and is separate from Coins and $BINDER.
- BP is deducted when you redeem a physical card. It is refunded if the order is rejected, or if you cancel before review.
- Redeeming BP never lowers your Binder Level.
4. Fair play
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, bots and scripts, collusion, self-trading and wash trading are prohibited.
- Binder looks at several signals to spot linked accounts, including device, network and trading patterns. An IP address alone is never enough. Trades between linked accounts are blocked. Suspicious trades are left out of scoring and the market index.
- Flagged accounts are reviewed by a person. While under review, an account can play but can't receive placement rewards.
- Finalized results are immutable. If a result has to change, Binder publishes a separate adjustment (for example a disqualification) with the reason. Rankings are never edited quietly.
5. Physical cards & the token
- Virtual cards are original Binder creatures. They are not physical cards and give no ownership of any physical item.
- Collector Crypt is Binder's intended supplier and fulfillment partner. That arrangement is not active yet. Until it is, redemptions go through a manual review and fulfillment process run by Binder.
- Shipping addresses are encrypted, shared only for delivery, and never published onchain.
- You don't need $BINDER to play or compete. Holding it doesn't affect scores or BP, and it doesn't guarantee prizes. Packs are bought only with Coins, which can't be bought with money.
- Binder is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company or Game Freak. Physical Pokémon cards are genuine items acquired on the secondary market.
